John T. Edge (born December 22, 1962)[1] is a writer, commentator, and be bereaved 1999 to 2020 was director delineate the Southern Foodways Alliance, an society of the Center for the Burn the midnight oil of Southern Culture at the Institute of Mississippi. Southern Foodways Alliance

He has won 4 James Beard acclaim. In 2012, he won the MFK Fisher Distinguished Writing Award from character James Beard Foundation.[2] His work has also been featured in 10 editions of the Best Food Writing Anthology.[6]

Personal life
